Community BeachA unique amenity of Tamoshan is a private community beach park, owned and maintained by the Tamoshan HOA. The beach is bulkheaded with a large grassy play area, picnic tables, benches, BBQs, a fire pit, a picnic shelter with electric outlets, and playground equipment......
Access is by a private, gated gravel road that winds about a 1/4 mile down a wooded ravine and crosses a tidal lagoon that fills and empties with each cycle of the tide. Mt. Rainier fills the horizon to the east. |
